Sales executive

This sought after position includes a base salary plus an uncapped OTE of 100k per annum, with training by some of the industry’s top professionals!

We are looking for an experienced dynamic sales person with an enthusiastic personality who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced expanding environment.

Typical activities include:

  • maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • gathering market and customer information
  • representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications
  • advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
  • checking quantities of goods on display and in stock
  • recording sales and order information
  • reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • feeding future buying trends back to employers.

 

Personal assistants/admin/receptionist.

Typical work activities include:

  • all the secretarial work
  • screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager
  • taking dictation and minutes
  • carrying out background research and presenting finding
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • organising and attending meetings and ensuring their managers is well-prepared for meetings
  • liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
  • arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
